Date and time format for all users on Citrix/RDS infra

In order to provide same date and time format for users , you may need to first change date and time format from control panel.
Once this is done any new users who connects to Server may get date and time format which adminstrator has applied from Control Panel.
If there are users who already have profile on server before you have applied new date and time format then they will get previous date and time format.
So to apply this settings for all users you should remove user profile from server and whe user will login again post profile reset, he will get new date and time format
