Fixing This product is using an Evaluation license for Citrix Presentation Server. This license expires in 45 day(s). Please contact Citrix to renew your license

We used citrix evolution license at the time of  deployment and once testing was successfull then we tried replacing evolution licenses with Xenapp enterprise licenses however we were getting below mentioned error:-

In order to fix this error we have done below mentioned things:-

1. verfied again if we have removed evolution license file or not ( Evolution license file was not there)
2. tried removing 2  files of Citrix License Server files from C:\program Files <x86>\Citrix\Licensing\LS\conf directory

• concurrent_state.xml
• activation_state.xml

     

Then Rebooted License server , however when we tried taking RDP of any Citrix Server again , we were again getting same warning of Citrix evolution licenses.

So to troubleshoot further i  recreated LHC on all Citrix Server

   

After spending a lot of time i resolved it using below solution:-

Take RDP of every Xenapp Server and browse to C:\ProgramData\Citrix\GroupPolicy and delete all files and sub-folders from this location and then run gpupdate /force and reboot server.

Issue got fixed
